John Travolta and Kelly Preston welcome baby boy to the world

John Travolta and Kelly Preson are the “ecstatic” parents of a new baby boy, Benjamin.
Kelly gave birth to Benjamin, weighing in at a healthy 8 lbs. , 3 oz. on Tuesday night in a Florida hospital.
In a statement for the couple, spokesman Samantha Mast said: “John, Kelly and their daughter Ella Bleu are ecstatic and very happy about the newest member of the family.
Both mother and baby are healthy and doing beautifully.”
The proud parents, both devout Scientologists, confirmed that they were having a boy last month, and according to reports from PopEater, the couple followed the church’s controversial guidelines during delivery. “No music, no talking and no screaming will be allowed during the pains of labor. Also their new son cannot be prodded for medical tests or spoken to during the first seven days of his life.
“You don’t want to do anything that will haunt them for the rest of their lives.”
Speaking about the pregnancy earlier this year, Preston said: “It’s been very easy and so wonderful.
“I’ve had no morning sickness and the pregnancy hasgone by so quickly. I feel terrific.”
This is the third child for Travolta, 56, and 48-year-old Preston, 48, who tragically lost their eldest child Jett, 16, in 2009 when he suffered a fatal blow to the head while in the bath. An autopsy concluded that his death was caused by a seizure. The A-list couple also have a daughter, 10-year-old Ella.
