Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver welcomed his first baby boy with wife Jools on Wednesday. According to www.celebritybabies.people.com, Jamie Oliver revealed that he was very happy with the news.
Jamie announced via Twitter: “It’s a baby boy guys !!! im shock, were all very happy, mum was amazing and both are well and happy x4 kids!! what?!”
Jamie is already father to three young girls: Poppy Honey Rosie, eight, Daisy Boo Pamela, seven and Petal Blossom Rainbow, who was born last year. Jamie has decided to temporarily name his son ‘Buddy’ until Jools comes up with his official name, he explained.
As reported by www.dailymail.co.uk, the chef was quoted as saying that had it not been a boy child, he would have considered adopting one. He said: “If I can’t produce a boy I will have to adopt one. I would consider it.”
When asked about bringing up the child he explained: “I won’t be suffering too many sleepless nights when the new baby comes because Jools is brilliant about getting the kids into a routine.”
The newborn’s temporary name ‘Buddy’ follows the family tradition of having flower based names. Jamie went on to reveal that he would consider adopting a child with wife Jools sometime in future.
Other celebrities who have recently become parents include Mario Lopez, Rachel Dratch, Jodie Sweetin and Catherine Bell.
