Vanessa Hudgens is “good” with Zac Efron

High School Musical actress and singer Vanessa Hudgens says she is happy with the way things are with co-star Zac Efron following the end of their four-year relationship.
In an interview with People, the star said: “We’re good,” while giving a thumbs up.
The news provider also observes that Hudgens was in high spirits as she celebrated her 22nd birthday at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas. The actress danced on a couch with pals and was all smiles when presented with a huge floral cake.
Despite her split from young heartthrob Efron, she claimed 2010 was a “good year”.
“I worked a lot in 2009. I did two movies back to back, so this year I just hung out, took it easy, did a play which was a lot of fun, did a movie and now the year is coming to an end before I know it,” she told People.
The Disney star also expressed her excitement about the year to come: “It’s going to be a very, very busy year,” she said. “I have three movies coming out in the next year, so I’m excited to see what the future is going to hold.”
Hudgens’ forthcoming films include Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch, Beastly and Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, the Press Association adds.
Aside from the High School Musical series, the newcomer has also earned acclaim for her 2009 movie Bandslam, as well as her 2006 debut album V, which entered the Billboard 200 at number 24.
More notoriously though, Hudgens is known for the online publication of self-taken nude photos in 2007, and again in 2009.
Vanessa, 18 at the time of the first incident, is seen pictured in underwear as well as fully naked in the snaps. At first, rumours circulated that the pictures were fake, but these were quickly quashed by the star’s own rep, who commented on the nude shot:
“This was a photo which was taken privately,” Hit USA cites the rep as saying. “It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public.”
The scandal threatened to bring down Disney’s wholesome image and the High School Musical phenomenon. The National Enquirer cited a source as saying that the images were intended for Zac as a surprise and to “keep him interested”.
“Vanessa’s only 18, so she had no idea how her flirtatious act could threaten the future of the multimillion-dollar plans Disney has for the show,” the source told the Enquirer.
