Lady Gaga jumps on Jamey Rodemeyer suicide
Published: September 22, 2020
Our favourite celebrity self-hawker Lady Gaga is back in the news today (as if she was ever out of it) , this time on the rampage against bullying.
Speaking on Twitter after the death of 14-year-old Jamey Rodemeyer who committed suicide on Monday after years of bullying at school, Gaga tweeted, “The past days I’ve spent reflecting, crying, and yelling. I have so much anger, it is hard to feel love when cruelty takes someone’s life.”
Seems Gaga must spend most of her life in tears having spent 48 hours excessively grieving the death of Amy Winehouse before using her death as a step-up to more publicity. And that is where the questions hang over her sincerity.
Certainly there is something tragic about the death of anyone who feels the only solution to an unbearable situation is to kill themselves, but why does Lady Gaga feel the need to use every heart-rending story to push propel herself further into the lives of every living being on this planet?
If she truly fought for every cause she pretends to endorse she’d never have time to release records.
Like so many victims of bullying and central figures in campaigns, the help and sympathy comes too late for Jamey Rodemeyer. According to his mother who spoke with the Buffalo News, Jamey was made a target because he questioned his sexuality.
He openly spoke of his admiration for Lady Gaga and proudly considered himself one of her little monsters.
Gaga has made it her personal mission to make sure that bullying is recognised as a crime and has sounded a rallying call to the rest of her little monsters; a collection of children too young and blinded by her dazzling celebrity kaleidoscope to notice that she lacks any substance whatsoever and is only there to steer them away from learning about real, meaningful, important issues in the world.
“Bullying must become be illegal. It is a hate crime, I am meeting with our President. I will not stop fighting. This must end. Our generation has the power to end it. Trend it.#MakeALawForJamey.”
I hope she does encourage the president to make bullying a crime becasue it means that for once she’ll have done something useful with her fame, rather than make it seem acceptable to wear dead animals for shock factor, or use the death of other celebrities who she never even met to promote her average songs. I’m sure that rattling around somewhere in the largely vacant cavity between her ears is the genuine belief that she’s doing good things; thoughts placed there by her PR people.
For now, it’s just a load more hot air from the gagster, who it seems would perish if she stepped outside the spotlight’s beam for more than a second.

Who the fuck writes this crap? Talk about missing the point entirely. You hypocrite just used this teenager’s suicide as a tool to bash a pop-singer with. His last act alive was a post to her thanking her for getting him by as far as he got. If she ignored it, she’d be a true “monster” as you call her.

She’s still the same monster who hypocritically used Amy Winehouse’s death as a means to promote her bullshit single. She’s a media whore, puddle deep and as bright as a dry dog turd.
He may well have thanked her for whatever she did for him but he never met her, she never visited him personally to save his life and there lies the problem. She can say how tragic it is all she wants, but in a few weeks time she’ll be back to pissing everyone off and she’ll have completely forgotten about him. Anything she can use for publicity she will.

Nice one Lee. No wonder he was bullied if he liked that monstrous female.
Sad though. Poor kid.
