A healthy diet can be done easily

Every night, the No. 1 request is for gluten-free options. I seriously don’t believe a small portion of the population came down with celiac disease, but it is an easy request to satisfy.
Most people are eliminating gluten from their diets to lose weight. After all, if you stop eating wheat, rye and barley products, you’ll probably lose a few pounds. That, of course, means no bread and no beer, but now there are even gluten-free options for those tasty treats.
The grocery store aisle for organic, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free items will start to expand to two aisles, then three, hopefully pushing the junk and processed foods out the door.
It’s up to you to make smarter decisions when it comes to your diet. It’s all about your digestive system and feeling good.
It’s also about your beliefs or moral obligations in the case of vegans.
Vegans don’t eat any animal products at all. That’s almost an impossible task in the beginning, but becomes plausible after three years. I know, I live with one. I can’t find fault with this diet or choice, as it alleviates high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, etc., and it stops the cruelty that is factory farming.
Regardless if you are gluten-free, lactose intolerant, or allergic to peanuts, it’s OK to go out to restaurants. More often than not, you can find something suitable and delicious. We will certainly do whatever we can to accommodate your needs, but please remember that we are chefs, waiters, and bartenders — not magicians. We ask that you are patient and reasonable.
